Detailed engineering design includes the following stages:
- Checking specifications.
- Defining subsystems, checking, and assembling parts.
- Finalizing individual parts and accomplishing technical calculations.
- Checking conformity with the standards.
- Preparing and reviewing documents, including the set of manufacturing drawings.
System Design: Systems design is the process of creating architecture, interfaces, and data for information systems.
Waterfall design: A project management approach where a project is completed step by step in distinct stages.
