Council of Administration
It is composed by three elements to know: Director, IT Manager, and Secretariat that are representatives of VT. It is Council of Administration that decides on the great strategic measures of VT, being responsible for the creation of rules and orientations for the great Directions and Cabinet.
Division Administration and Financial
It is responsible to put important areas as: Financial administration: Administration of Stocks, Administrative Administration of the park VT, Control of Incomes and Budget Executions. The DAF are flexibility to be Auditing by Internal Audit for the Financial and Administration stability and accountability.
Division of Audit
It is responsible for auditing all administration procedures and manuals and financial administration, Administration of stocks and Budget execution and prepares monthly report of financial status from DAF and reporting directly to Board of Council.
Division of Human Resources
It is responsible for the Processing of wages, selection and personnel’s recruitment, emission of contracts and maintenance of historical, Register of all employees and collaborators.
Division of ICT
It is responsible for the technical maintenance of the whole technological structure of ICT. It is also responsible for the presentation of Opinions and Technical Solutions near Council of
Administration. It is still responsible for the development of the applications of Administration of VT, VANOV TECHNOLOGY wants through own means or going through the partners (internal or external).
Division of Promotion and Image
It is responsible for the Administration of public image of VT, competing to promote near VANOV TECHNOLOGY social communication. This Division coordinates all of the activities of VANOV TECHNOLOGY evaluating the whole process of creation of the material as posters, pamphlets, brochures act.
Division of Logistic and Supply
It is responsible for the Logistic and Supply of ICT Equipments and Management of Stock, transportation, accommodation facilities.
